Bake Me Happy Christmas Treats

Bake Me Happy is one of the gluten free bakeries in Columbus which means it’s one of our new favorite places! Our girlie has a sweet tooth and finding a bakery where she can eat everything is amazing!

Our first time there was a few months ago, before our girlie’s testing, when her doctor only suspected she might have celiac disease. He told us to go and check out his favorite bakery in town - Bake Me Happy. We did and quickly knew that this would be a great place for us if we found out she had celiac (which she did).

This second visit was to test out their Christmas treats, including their version of the Little Debbie Christmas tree cakes. We also picked up a gingerbread man cookie and a chocolate covered snack cake. YUM! Our girlie loved the chocolate covered snack cake the best - but she really just loves anything that is chocolate! She also said the Christmas tree cake was good but she wished it was covered in chocolate, not white chocolate. The gingerbread man was fun to decorate and also was tasty. It wasn’t overly gingerbread-ish and was perfect for a 10 year old isn’t typically a fan of gingerbread.

We’ll definitely be back, so our girlie can try all of their goodies!
