Katz GF Apple Pie

I had shared previously that we ordered a haul from Katz and we’ve started to try a few things-one of them being the gluten free apple pie. This is highly recommended by the whole family and our girlie said she “would definitely eat it again”! The crust was flaky and tasted great and the apple filling was just the right amount of sweet. The pie is on the smaller side but we were able to get 4 servings out of it. We paired it with Breyer’s Vanilla ice cream (which is also gluten free) and ate the pie nearly right out of the over.
