Miss Jones Baking Co. Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix

I can only say 1 thing about these cookies…..delicious! We picked up this Miss Jones Baking Co. Chocolate Chip cookie mix at Fresh Thyme on our last trip. The packaging made the cookies look great, so we wanted to try them. I made them today while our girlie had a friend over. Her friend isn’t gluten free, but they both thought the cookies were amazing! The rest of the family also tried them and we thought they were just as good as cookies with gluten. This is the best gluten free cookie mix we’ve ever had!

They offer a few different ways to make the cookies. I chose to make them with a whisk for the eggs and butter and a spatula/my hands for the mixing. They were perfect and I’d definitely stick to making them this way when we get them again - which we WILL!
