Gluten Free Christmas Cookies & Treats

Our family has a tradition of making Christmas cookies every year. Even though this year would be different and gluten free, we were still going to make cookies! After doing a lot of research, we decided to make cookies from the Meaningful Eats website. Her cookies look amazing and there were so many to choose from. Our girlie chose to make these recipes:

Both recipes called for gluten free measure-for-measure flour. This was our first time using this and we highly recommend the King Arthur brand. We’ve used that brand for cakes and pancakes and now these cookies, and everything turned out great.

In addition to the 2 cookie recipes, we also made the Meaningful Eats Gluten Free Oreo Balls (Truffles). These were an easy and incredibly delicious recipe! We ended up making them all dipped in semi-sweet chocolate since our girlie isn’t a big fan of white chocolate. She LOVED them!

We will definitely be making more recipes from Meaningful Eats! They were easy enough for my 10 year old to help me make them, and they were some of the best cookies and treats we’ve ever made!
